International Sales Director – Swine Nutrition & Feed Additives (Global Scope) Location: UK (remote/hybrid) About the Company A leading international provider of animal nutrition solutions is expanding its commercial leadership team with a new International Sales Director role. The company specializes in feed additives and nutritional technologies designed to enhance animal performance and sustainability across the value chain. With a strong heritage in innovation, R&D, and partnerships, the business continues to expand globally - particularly within the Swine and Poultry sector. The Opportunity This is a newly created, growth-focused international role, responsible for leading commercial development within the swine nutrition and feed additives segment. The position combines strategic leadership with a hands-on business development focus, supporting the company’s next phase of international growth. You will play a key role in expanding distributor networks, building partnerships, and developing new markets globally, working closely with technical, marketing, and R&D teams to deliver sustainable value and commercial results. Key Responsibilities • Drive international sales growth in the swine nutrition and feed additive portfolio., • Develop and manage global distribution networks and partnerships across Europe, Asia, and the Americas., • Lead business development initiatives, identifying and executing new market opportunities., • Collaborate with technical teams to translate innovation into commercial success., • Define and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives., • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows., • Deliver strong commercial performance and profitability across key markets. Key Requirements • Minimum 8+ years of international sales or business development experience in animal nutrition or feed additives., • Strong background in the swine sector, with a proven record of delivering sales growth., • Demonstrated experience managing distributor networks and key accounts across multiple countries., • Ability to combine technical credibility with commercial leadership., • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multicultural environments., • Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)., • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus., • Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel internationally (~40–50%).
