Job Summary We are seeking a flexible, compassionate, and organised Clinic Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Beacon House. This part-time role will support the day-to-day functioning of our nurse-led clinic, working with vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness, insecure housing, and complex needs. You will carry out a variety of administrative and basic clinical tasks to ensure the smooth running of services, including record keeping, follow-up calls, appointment coordination, and delivery of routine healthcare assistant (HCA) interventions. Full training and supervision will be provided, and no previous clinical experience is required — just the right values, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Administrative and Record-Keeping Duties · Maintain accurate and timely records on SystmOne (training provided). · Make follow-up phone calls to patients and liaise with external services. · Assist with data entry, stock ordering, filing, scanning, and updating registers (e.g. vaccines, chronic conditions, smoking). · Prepare and organise clinic spaces and paperwork for daily use. · Support clinicians with patient engagement, follow-up reminders, and basic appointment coordination. · Assist in audit or outcome tracking work when required.
