Key Responsibilities: You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, following the One Luxe selling steps, services, and retail excellence at all times You will be confident to drive retail through the execution of service and eventing. You will be responsible for growing our retail performance through achieving One Luxe KPIs. You will motive store teams, leading from the front and sharing your expertise and knowledge as well as driving their own retail achievements. When you arent eventing, or coaching you will be in store leading by example and driving retail performance of top doors You will motivate teams through engaging content on internal Luxe platforms You will have the ability to build solid relationships with the in-store teams and influence key stakeholders across the business. You will be organised by nature and be able to prioritise planning for eventing in stores, alongside the retail and education priorities. Ensuring you are maximising your time and having a positive impact in all stores. You will be results orientated and will share detailed feedback including key learns and new initiatives on a regular basis. Hydrogeologist x4 - All levels Working closely with Head of Discipline of Hydrogeology, to manage delivery of water resource and low-flow studies aligned to our clients WINEP commitments, you will playing a key part in our Uk Water Catchment Management & Maritime capability team, you will be involved in the technical delivery of a wide scope of Geological and Hydro Geological Projects. Associate Director Overhead Lines (OHL) Jacobs is playing a leading role in the global energy transition.
