While experience in fresh pasta-making is a bonus, it's not essential. Our Head Chef will mentor you, providing hands-on training in every aspect of our culinary process. The RoleWe’re looking for a Kitchen Crew Lead — someone who’s worked in a busy kitchen and knows how to run a smooth shift. If you’ve led or trained others in places like Nando’s, Wingstop, Five Guys, or McDonald’s, this will feel familiar. You’ll be the one keeping the kitchen organised, supporting your crew, and making sure every meal hits Sweet Jerk standards.     THE JOB Driving a 3.5t Luton with a porter alongside you. Full house and flat moves across London. Proper removals, not man-and-van. Wrapping and loading furniture so it arrives how it left. Protecting floors and doorways. Beds and wardrobes apart and back together. Looking after the customer, who is usually stressed. THE MONEY • £14.50 to £20 an hour depending on experience. PAYE, on the books., • 35 hours a week guaranteed. Most weeks 40 to 45., • £580 to £900 most weeks.     15.50/hour target earnings + shared team tips Full-time | Permanent | Tuesday–Saturday Fluent Portuguese is mandatory for this position. Applicants who do not speak Portuguese fluently will not be considered. Fluent English is also required. We are an established boutique beauty salon in Clapham looking for an experienced Senior Salon Receptionist to take ownership of our front-of-house experience and help the salon run smoothly throughout the day. Previous beauty salon experience is not required. We are very interested in candidates coming from restaurants, cafés, hotels, hospitality, private clinics, reception, customer service or other busy client-facing environments. If you are confident with customers, comfortable using booking/POS systems, organised, proactive and used to working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. What you’ll do • Welcome and look after clients, • Manage bookings, rebooking, cancellations and waiting lists, • Handle deposits and payments, • Manage phone, WhatsApp and email enquiries, • Use booking and salon management systems, • Help manage the diary and fill last-minute availability, • Encourage appropriate rebooking, upgrades, add-ons and retail, • Prepare and serve coffees, teas and refreshments, • Support the team during busy periods, • Help maintain excellent reception and salon standards, • Assist with stock, supplies and daily organisation, • Handle client concerns professionally, • Take ownership of day-to-day issues and escalate when needed This is a hands-on senior reception role, not a basic receptionist position.
