Bradley David Associates is working with our leading client on the search for a Graphic Designer – Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months) • Potters Bar, • 6 month Fixed Term Contract, • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, • £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience, • Bonus of 8-12% We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our clients Creative Department on a six-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business with regulatory updates across more than 1,500 literature items, ensuring all materials remain fully compliant and aligned with brand guidelines. This role requires a highly motivated, self-starting individual with a strong background in design, artworking, and print management. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrate creativity, and deliver high-quality outcomes from day one. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret and deliver design briefs for both online and offline collateral, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and meet business requirements., • Produce creative and effective design solutions within corporate and regulatory guidelines across multiple formats., • Manage internal and external resources, including agencies, printers, and digital partners, to deliver all collateral on time and within budget., • Coordinate all participants in the production process, maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality print and digital assets., • Strong proficiency in Mac-based design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)., • A creative and conceptual thinker with excellent attention to detail and strong typographic skills., • Proven experience working in a design studio, in-house team, or agency environment (experience within the financial sector is advantageous)., • Comprehensive understanding of print and digital production processes, including file preparation and distribution methods., • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels., • Qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline (preferred)., • Additional leave, • Casual dress, • Company events, • Company pension, • Cycle to work scheme, • Flexitime, • Free parking, • Health & wellbeing programme, • Life insurance, • On-site parking
