Valenti Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join our clients growing team at their Head Office in Runcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven Project Manager who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and making a real impact within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with the Account Delivery Manager, taking full responsibility for delivering projects to a high standard, on time, and within budget while building strong relationships with clients, engineers, and internal teams. About the Role As a Project Manager, you will have full ownership of your allocated projects and campaigns, managing them from initial planning through to completion and revenue sign-off. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with agreed SLAs and margin expectations, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and performance. Key Responsibilities • Taking full ownership of project budgets, tracking costs vs actuals and ensuring delivery against revenue targets, • Planning, allocating, and managing trained and experienced resources throughout the project lifecycle to achieve a Right First Time approach, • Ensuring engineers have the correct equipment, tools, and stock to achieve 100% job completion, • Creating clear and compliant Project Briefs, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements in line with H&S and due diligence requirements, • Raising and issuing IPOs for engineers, ensuring timely communication and seeing the process through to completion with accounts, • Building strong client relationships through proactive planning, open communication, and swift issue resolution, • Actively contributing to daily meetings and completion reports, escalating issues immediately where required, • Identifying and sharing opportunities for continuous improvement, process efficiency, and smarter ways of working, • Responding to engineer and client queries within agreed SLA timeframes, • Using systems confidently and effectively, maximising capacity and identifying jobs at risk of SLA expiry, • Attending weekly client meetings and supporting the Account Delivery Manager with client communication logs, • Chairing Project Implementation Reviews within agreed timelines to confirm project and revenue completion This list is not exhaustive, and the role may evolve as the business continues to grow. Experience & Skills Required • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Manager or similar role, • Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent) are desirable but not essential, • A proven track record of delivering projects against budgets and SLA targets, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • Highly organised, proactive, and resourceful, • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player What’s on Offer • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000, • 23 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off, • 6-month probation period, • A supportive management team with genuine opportunities for development and progression Benefits: Canteen Company events Company pension Cycle to work scheme Flexitime Free parking Health & wellbeing programme On-site parking Sick pay
