This role is vital to the success of the F&B division and works across the entire estate to achieve a multitude of tasks! From scheduling to ordering, this role is fast paced and diverse, no two days are ever the same; your can-do attitude and impeccable attention to detail will be required to make things happen! Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: Acting as a key liaison between our Culinary and F&B management teams, coordinating all menu updatesfrom gathering information to building, formatting and communicating changes clearly to stakeholders Managing and maintaining the Food Bible, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, professionally presented and appropriately distributed Preparing and printing menus and operational materials across all outlets, supporting launches and updates within the wider F&B operation Liaising with our Finance and F&B Accounts teams on POS updates, ensuring changes are requested, tracked and accurately implemented in the operation Overseeing the procurement and replenishment of Front of House collateral, ensuring all outlets are consistently equipped for seamless service Maintaining recipe accuracy within Procure Wizard, ensuring all data is correctly inputted and systems are kept up to date Ensuring recipe changes, ingredient updates and menu amendments are reflected consistently across systems, documentation and operations Working closely with culinary and management teams to maintain alignment across kitchen documentation, menus and operational systems Supporting our Food & Beverage Manager and outlet leadership team to keep the division organised, efficient and well supported day to day Participating in team meetings, taking minutes where required and following up on actions to support progress and accountability Building strong working relationships across the business, communicating confidently with internal teams, suppliers and contractors Supporting onboarding administration, menu launches and system updates as required Taking pride in the detail, organisation and presentation that underpin a consistently high-performing F&B operation Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way The kind of person were looking for: A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail, you take huge pride in delivering accurate, polished work; you also have a passion for accuracy, consistency and presentation within a luxury Food & Beverage setting Youre adept at managing multiple priorities, with the ability to work independently while building strong relationships across departments A clear and professional communicator, youre comfortable acting as a link between operational, culinary and administrative teams You have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to see tasks through from start to finish, and being proactive and resourceful are second nature to you Positive, and confident in your approach, you have a genuine enjoyment of supporting others in a fast-paced hospitality environment Previous experience with menus, systems or hospitality administration would be advantageous You have a positive can do attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way Whats in it for you: Time to let your hair down 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) that increases with service Seasonal parties and local social events 50% discount on Food & Beverage, Country Pursuits, Spa and Hair Salon (Mon-Thurs) and the Golf Driving Range Golf Membership (with access to all 3 championship courses) for £50.00 per annum Treats in your pocket Flexi points into yourPerkbox wallet to spend as you choose.
