This role is critical in ensuring that internal teams and clients fully understand and maximize the value of our technologies. ✅ Key requirements • Degree in Optometry (mandatory), • Fluent English (professional proficiency level required), • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Experience in training as optometrist minimin 5 years of experience., • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical learning 💡 What you will do • Design and deliver training sessions (in-person, online, and webinars) for internal teams and clients., • Represent the company as a subject matter expert in product training at corporate events and client engagements., • Design, update, and optimize existing training programs and modules, ensuring alignment with product technological and functional evolution., • Develop new training content for product launches and key updates. 🧑 💼 Recruitment Process: • Interview with the People & Culture team, • Online assessment to evaluate behaviors and competencies, • Interview with the hiring manager
