Group QHSE Manager Location: Melksham / Castlewood Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday–Friday We are looking for an experienced Group QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards across our two manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain QHSE management systems and ensure legal, regulatory and customer compliance. Manage and improve the Quality Management System, including ISO 9001, audits, corrective actions and customer complaints. Lead Health & Safety activities including risk assessments, incident investigations, training and contractor safety. Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, recycling, energy reduction and sustainability initiatives. Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies. Monitor QHSE KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management. Coach and support managers and supervisors to promote a strong QHSE culture. Work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Senior Leadership teams. About You Minimum 5 years’ QHSE, HSE or Quality Management experience within manufacturing. NEBOSH General Certificate and Internal Auditor qualification.
