    Job Description: verview We are looking for a caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals while ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care. Responsibilities Support healthcare professionals in delivering person-centred care across a variety of departments. Welcome patients, assist with admission processes, and help record basic health information such as medical history and vital signs. Assist patients with daily activities, including mobility, personal care, and comfort needs. Provide support during clinical procedures and ensure patients feel safe and reassured. Maintain accurate patient information and update records as required. Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, patient flow, and basic documentation. Respond to emergencies appropriately and provide basic life support when required. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Skills Basic knowledge of healthcare practices, anatomy, and medical terminology. Previous experience in hospital, community care, or clinical settings is desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support patients and their families. Ability to take and record vital signs and assist with routine health checks. Understanding of infection control and safe working practices. Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
