THE ROLE As Campaign & Talent Manager, you’ll join Connect Academy, one of the fastest-growing areas of Connect Management, working closely with micro-creators at the start of their content creation journey. You’ll take ownership of both campaign delivery and talent relationships within Connect Academy. This is a hands-on, people-first role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You’ll lead campaigns end-to-end, manage and mentor talent and play a key role in shaping the growth and culture of the Academy. This is a full-time, on-site role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Management • Lead and oversee campaigns from briefing to delivery, • Manage client communication, timelines, and expectations, • Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and to a high standard Talent Support & Management • Manage day-to-day relationships across the Academy talent roster, • Ensure talent are supported and operations run smoothly (including external events), • Support vetting and seamless onboarding of talent into the Academy Talent Strategy • Lead monthly 1:1 strategy sessions with talent, • Guide social media growth, content planning and long-term creator development Team Growth & Leadership • Work closely with the Academy Director to support team growth, • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members Wider Responsibilities • Support the planning of quarterly workshops delivering education and value, • Contribute to the growth of Connect Academy’s Instagram and social presence NICE TO HAVES • Ideally 2 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand campaigns, • Confident managing campaigns and talent relationships independently, • Strong communication and organisational skills, • Strategic mindset with a passion for creator growth, • Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You'll be working at our young, vibrant, and energetic office, where there's always a great atmosphere and a social vibe.
