Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests and provide them with menus and beverage options • Take accurate orders from customers and input them into the point-of-sale system • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner • Ensure that tables are properly set up and maintained throughout the shift • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner • Upsell menu items and promote specials as appropriate • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and prepared to guest specifications • Handle payment transactions and process credit card payments • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: • Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Flexible availability to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays • Must be authorized to work in the U.K If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at No5 Dining Lounge.
