About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a highly supportive and inclusive school in Barking & Dagenham for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional needs. The ARP supports a small cohort of 8 pupils, providing a structured, nurturing and personalised learning environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated SEN professional who is passionate about helping children with autism thrive academically, socially and emotionally. You will work closely with the SENCo and class teachers to deliver tailored interventions, support communication strategies, and help pupils access the curriculum in a meaningful way.
