Job Description Job Role: Junior Account Manager Working Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: £27,000 per annum (with a full review at 12 months) + Uncapped Commission Benefits: Company Car + Company Laptop Mobile Phone Location: Hybrid / National travel requirement Reporting to: Senior Account Manager Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for a Junior Account Manager to join the Ocean Parking team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, whilst supporting clients throughout their journey. You’ll work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure all client activity runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and expectations are exceeded. This is a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative and supportive team that’s passionate about continuous improvement and customer success. This is a hybrid role with a national travel requirement, requiring the successful candidate to attend various sites and locations across the country. Duties include: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Manage contract renewals and ensure client needs are exceeded Identify and pursue new business opportunities Prepare and deliver tailored reports and proposals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Stay informed in respect to evolving industry trends, market conditions, and competitors Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities using CRM software Monitor account activity and proactively follow up on account queries, potential leads and services issues. Being the key point of contact for customers Providing customers with timely reports and feedback on site performance, whilst recording and advising on customer concerns and potential risks.
