Allen & Heath is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing function, driving brand growth, commercial performance, channel engagement, and market demand across our international distributor and dealer network. Reporting to the Managing Director this role is responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy while leading a multidisciplinary team covering digital marketing, content, communications, events, channel marketing, and product launch activities. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring that marketing initiatives directly support business growth, strengthen partner relationships, generate high-quality leads, and elevate the Allen & Heath brand worldwide. Your key duties are as follows but not limited to: • Develop and execute the global marketing strategy in line with business objectives and commercial priorities., • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team across digital marketing, content, communications, events and creative functions., • Establish clear departmental objectives, KPIs and performance measures aligned to company goals., • Manage marketing budgets and investments, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable return on investment., • Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to commercial planning and strategic business decisions., • Develop and lead global channel marketing strategies across Allen & Heath’s distributor and dealer network., • Design and deliver co-marketing programmes that generate demand, increase market visibility and support local sales performance., • Equip distributors and dealers with high-quality marketing assets, campaign toolkits, product materials, sales enablement resources and training content., • Maintain effective partner communication programmes, including newsletters, partner portals and launch communications., • Collaborate closely with Sales Management and regional stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports both sell-in and sell-through objectives., • Monitor the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives and continuously optimise partner engagement programmes., • Own and protect the global Allen & Heath brand across all markets and customer touchpoints., • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across distributor, dealer and partner-generated activity., • Lead global public relations activity, managing relationships with key industry publications, media outlets, editorial platforms and influencers., • Develop communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen market positioning and support product launches., • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content across digital, print, video and social channels., • Define and lead the global digital marketing strategy across websites, search, social media, email marketing and paid media channels., • Lead and mentor internal specialists responsible for SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, CRM and marketing automation., • Develop demand generation programmes that deliver qualified leads to distributors, dealers and sales teams., • Establish effective lead management and routing processes to ensure opportunities are distributed and followed up efficiently., • Own and optimise the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM platforms, marketing automation systems and partner management tools., • Define and monitor performance metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, campaign ROI and pipeline contribution., • Partner closely with Product Management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions., • Lead the planning and execution of global product launches across digital channels, partner networks and industry events., • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning and value propositions are delivered across all regions and channels., • Develop launch toolkits, campaigns and enablement materials that maximise market adoption and commercial success., • Define and execute the global events strategy in support of commercial and brand objectives., • Manage the company’s participation in major industry exhibitions, trade shows and technology events worldwide., • Oversee dealer events, customer demonstrations, training seminars, product showcases and partner conferences., • Ensure all events deliver measurable business outcomes, lead generation opportunities and positive brand experiences., • Evaluate event effectiveness through clear performance metrics and post-event analysis., • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support and Commercial Leadership teams., • Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, market expansion and customer engagement objectives., • Act as the primary marketing stakeholder in strategic business projects and transformation initiatives., • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation. (essential), • Proven experience leading a marketing function within a technology, professional audio, electronics, manufacturing or B2B environment., • Significant experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies across international markets., • Strong background in channel marketing, distributor engagement and partner enablement programmes., • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams., • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM systems and marketing automation., • Experience managing product launches and go-to-market strategies., • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to business performance., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills., • Experience working within the professional audio, AV, music technology or entertainment technology sectors., • Knowledge of dealer and distributor-led sales models., • Experience managing international events and trade shows., • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms., • Strategic, commercially focused and results driven., • An inspiring leader who develops high-performing teams and fosters collaboration., • Strong relationship builder, able to influence stakeholders, distributors and partners globally., • Data-led in decision making, with a focus on measurable business outcomes., • Customer and partner centric, balancing brand building with commercial performance., • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable leading change in a fast-paced environment., • Takes ownership, demonstrates accountability and drives continuous improvement.
