Assist the Head Chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s standards. 2. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service periods. 4. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 5.
