About the Role We’re looking for a Quality Senior Scientist to play a pivotal role within our Pharma division, representing its needs within the Alliance Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, you'll ensure full regulatory compliance, strengthen internal quality processes, and help safeguard patients by maintaining the highest standards across our product portfolio. What you’ll be doing As a key member of our quality function, you will: • Support the QMS leadership in ensuring compliance for medicinal products and medical devices., • Escalate major or critical quality or compliance issues to appropriate stakeholders., • Ensure Pharma division products are fully and appropriately integrated into QMS processes., • Manage core QMS activities, including:, • Document & change control, • Complaints management, • Risk management, • Recalls & field actions, • PMS, CAPA & deviation management, • Internal/external audit support, • Support the product release process., • Maintain up‑to‑date professional knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement., • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities., • Lead or support process improvements that align with business strategy. What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, physical sciences, engineering, or related field., • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within the healthcare industry., • Excellent understanding of quality and compliance processes for medicines and medical devices., • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, including scheduling and risk management., • Experience managing electronic and physical product information systems., • Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills., • Confident working in a regulated global environment., • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority., • Fluent in written and spoken English. Key Account Manager – Pharmaceuticals Secondary Care | West Midlands, South West & Wales (UK) A European pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in hospital-based anti-infectives is expanding its UK commercial team and is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow its secondary care business across the West Midlands, South West and Wales. The Role. This is a field-based role focused on driving uptake of established and pipeline anti-infective products within hospital settings. Key responsibilities include: • Promoting a portfolio of anti-infective medicines to specialist physicians and hospital stakeholders, • Managing and growing business performance across a large, strategically important territory, • Developing and executing a robust regional account plan in collaboration with the UK Sales Manager, • Leading and supporting hospital formulary submissions and access processes, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key decision-makers, • Supporting the launch of new products in secondary care, • Attending and actively participating in national and international medical congresses, • Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular activity and performance reports, • Working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative UK commercial team You will report directly to the UK Sales Manager. Candidate Profile: This role would suit a proven secondary care sales professional with strong experience in hospital environments. You will be able to demonstrate: • A successful track record selling pharmaceutical products into secondary care on this territory or similar, • Strong understanding of hospital structures and formulary application processes, • Established relationships with hospital customers across the region, • Experience in anti-infectives is highly desirable but not essential, • Confidence engaging with senior clinicians and healthcare stakeholders, • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, • Strong territory planning and time management capabilities, • Ability to understand and communicate complex clinical and scientific data, • A self-motivated, proactive and resilient mindset, • ABPI qualification, • Full UK driving licence, • Solid IT skills including CRM systems, Excel and Word, • Residence within the territory is required
