About the Role Your day to day: You'll maximise the quality of our products by effectively operating our paper converting machines, performing regular quality checks, and making adjustments as required. Periodically, you'll organise recyclable material into bales which will be delivered to our recycling Mills. You will need to conduct pre-use lifting and equipment guarding checks to ensure your safety.
