If you're passionate about data-driven optimisation, automation, and building resilient supply models at scale, this is your opportunity to make a genuinely material impact. Join us as we transform how coverage, availability, and entitlement are managed across one of the UK's largest final-mile networks. This is a senior, business-critical role with national scope, shaping the future of Evri's courier supply model and directly contributing to efficiencies and network stability. What You'll Be Doing As our Final Mile Resource Planning & Intelligence Manager, you'll own and evolve the systems, logic, and processes that underpin courier coverage and availability across the network. Moving us away from reactive cover management, you'll help design a smarter, more automated, and future-proofed approach to workforce optimisation. Working closely with Final Mile Planning, Operations, Finance, HR, and Tech, you'll bring marketplace thinking into a complex operational environment - using data, insight, and forward planning to improve stability, reduce risk, and unlock long-term value. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of courier availability, holiday planning, and entitlement logic, with a strong focus on automation and scalable decision-making. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end optimisation of courier coverage, availability, and entitlement models across the Final Mile network. Lead the evolution of holiday clustering and proactive coverage planning, ensuring predictable and sustainable network performance. Use data, dashboards, and trend analysis to identify coverage risk, over-entitlement exposure, and optimisation opportunities. Partner with Final Mile Planning to maintain and evolve coverage structures through network change (openings, rebalances, splits). Design and deliver new coverage mechanisms that reduce reliance on ad-hoc labour and contractors. Contribute to the development and rollout of future courier availability and automation initiatives, including enhanced offer logic and forward-looking availability windows. Ensure high standards of data quality and process accuracy to support automated decisioning. Lead and develop a small specialist team, creating clear ownership, strong engagement, and continuous improvement. Interested? Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful Significant experience in network optimisation, workforce planning, or supply-demand management within logistics, last-mile delivery, or tech-enabled marketplace environments. Experience designing or improving operational models, processes, or systems — ideally with exposure to automation or rules-based decisioning. A collaborative and influential style, with the ability to work across operational, commercial, and technical teams. Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to develop capability and build high-performing teams. Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments with national-level impact.
