New Product Development Technologist (NPD) My client, a successful food manufacturer is seeking a New Product Development Technologist to ensure all new product launches are completed, on time, in full and right first time from conception. The Role • Plan, arrange, co-ordinate and document trials, • Use trial data to review processes and seek ways in which to improve the process, • Produce factory trial plan, review with Process Development Manager, communicate with other members of team and production with key issues, • Facilitate and communicate customer pre-pro’s arranging both production and amenities, • You will be the NPD main point of contact on manufacturing lines, • Coach and assist others in the team and in Production Skills and experience • Food Technology Degree or equivalent experience, • Food Hygiene, • Ability to interpret customer specifications, • Product and Process knowledge, • Data capture and reporting skill, • Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills, • Project Management, • Knowledge of Customer and Brand Artwork Process Benefits • Full time, Permanent role, • Days of work- Monday to Friday, • Hours of work - 8.30am-5pm, • Strong benefits package

Sales Support Administrator Cross Hands | Permanent, Full-Time | Monday - Friday | £33,000 Introduction We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our client's team based in Cross Hands. This role is essential to the day-to-day administration and operational support of the business, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in line with company systems and supporting both customers and internal teams across the full order lifecycle. Key Duties Receive customer enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter. Check stock availability and update records as required. Obtain supplier quotations for products. Prepare and issue customer quotations using Pegasus Opera 3. Process sales orders accurately using Pegasus Opera 3. Pick customer orders for dispatch. Print delivery notes using Pegasus Opera 3. Arrange deliveries to customers, including occasional local delivery driving. Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations. Requirements IT literate with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience developing and maintaining filing and documentation systems. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of engineering consumable products would be beneficial but not essential. Full UK driving licence required. What We Offer Salary of £33,000. Permanent, full-time position.
