As the Fleet Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of overhaul, modification and upgrade projects for our client's fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong safety culture, managing site-specific initiatives and driving continuous improvement through KPI development and performance monitoring. Benefits • Company bonus- 15% of salary paid yearly, • Company car or travel allowance, • 26 days holiday, • Excellent Pension- up to 10%, • Flexible benefits scheme to suit individual needs, • Opportunities for career growth and advancement, • Access to learning and development programs to support professional growth Key Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain HSEQW policies to foster a safe working environment and engage the team in safety improvements, • Conduct regular reviews and ensure continuous improvements in site-specific initiatives, • Oversee the efficient delivery of overhaul, modification, and upgrade projects, • Drive business improvement through KPI development and performance monitoring, • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the first point of contact for operational issues, • Manage financial and commercial aspects, including budgeting, contract compliance, and supplier performance, • Ensure fleet compliance with maintenance documentation, regulations, and company policies, • Drive reliability and performance improvements for the fleet, • Oversee depot assets, facilities, and equipment, • Lead and develop a high-performance team, fostering employee engagement and supporting career growth, • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements They’re Looking For: • In-depth knowledge of fleet maintenance techniques and procedures specifically rail, • Broad technical understanding of the relevant rail fleet management, • Proven experience in managing and leading multi-functional teams in a rail, production, fast-moving, or complex environment, • Engineering degree or equivalent experience, • Strong contract and commercial experience, • Experience in managing budgets effectively, • Ability to negotiate with workplace representatives, • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and principles Looking to develop and lead a high-performance team and make a significant impact on the organisation's success?
