HR Advisor – manufacturing Location: Stevenage Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, people-focused manufacturing and food production business supplying leading retailers across the UK. Deliver engaging induction sessions and coordinate “train-the-trainer” sessions for agency staff. Support employee relations activity including investigation meetings, disciplinary hearings, and grievance processes. The person: Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or Level 3 with a commitment to progress). Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, operational setting — manufacturing, food production, logistics or FMCG preferred. Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law fundamentals. Excellent IT literacy including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS platforms. High level of accuracy, organisation, and professional integrity. Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels. Strong numeracy, data handling, and reporting capability. About the role : As part of our growth, we are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. The key responsibilities will be: • Hunt/Prospect for new partners in the Water treatment and Facility management industries (initially, may expand to other industries), • Follow up on leads created in the marketing process for new accounts/partners., • Provide customer feedback to the product managers to ensure a quick feedback loop, • Dealing with multiple stakeholders in the decision process, at management and executive level in prospective partners. This will include Operations, Technology, Technology, Compliance and Financial executives., • Use consultative selling skills to understand the prospective partners business model.
