Duties and Responsibilities - Confidently run either the Restaurant Bar or the Shibeen Speakeasy Cocktail bar service. - Be available and capable to open and close our bars correctly. - Organise the prep requirements and standards necessary for service to run smoothly, ensuring a fully stocked bar. - Have the ability to build rapport and provide a personal service to guests when in front facing bar roles. - Lead, train, and develop the more junior members of the team.
