    Part-Time Property / Service Charge Accountant | Hampstead, London | 3 Days Per Week | £24,000–£28,000 We are looking for an experienced Property / Service Charge Accountant to join an established independent estate agency in Hampstead. This is a newly created role supporting our Property Management and Block Management teams as the business continues to develop. Working approximately three days per week, you will take ownership of key property accounting functions and work closely with Property Managers, Block Managers and senior management. Key responsibilities will include: • Preparation of annual service-charge accounts, • Service-charge budgets, • Client-account reconciliations, • Invoice processing and raising, • Accruals and prepayments, • Arrears and financial reporting, • Liaising with external accountants, • Supporting Property and Block Managers with financial queries, • Improving and streamlining existing accounting processes About you We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in: • Residential property accounting, • Service-charge accounting, • Block management accounts, • Client accounting You should be highly organised, comfortable working independently and have excellent attention to detail.
