Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Assurance Advisor | South-West | up to £55,000 \n \n Want to lead on HSE projects within the Energy & Infrastructure space? \n \n PT Renewables is exclusively partnered with a established and growing energy design and construction business in the South-West. \n \n Due to their continued success, they are looking to bring onboard a brand-new Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor - delivering H&S advice to multiple clients across the South-West. \n \n The Role \n As a SHE Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for all things Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability across multiple sites. \n \n This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your work directly shapes the wellbeing of teams and the success of projects. \n \n You’ll lead by example - promoting best practice, guiding teams through audits and inspections, and ensuring every project meets and exceeds our SHE standards. \n \n And with a strong focus on sustainability, you’ll also play a key role in driving initiatives like carbon reduction, waste minimisation, recycling, and energy efficiency. \n \n Your day-to-day \n\n • Acting as the main point of contact for all SHE matters on site.\n, • Conducting inspections and audits to uphold our high safety and environmental standards.\n, • Supporting teams with risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigations.\n, • Using our Digital Management System (DMS) and dashboards to track and improve performance.\n, • Collaborating with our SHEQ team to ensure legal compliance and company standards are met.\n\n \n About you \n\n • A NEBOSH National General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.\n, • Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and current environmental legislation.\n, • A valid CSCS card.\n\n \n Bonus points if you also have: \n\n • A Fire Risk Assessment Certificate or IEMA Environmental Management Certificate.\n, • An NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice.\n, • Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, or IEMA.\n, • First Aid or Mental Health First Aider certification.\n\n \n The Package \n\n • Up to £50,000 base salary\n, • Car allowance\n, • Fully expensed travel to any sites\n, • Pension, healthcare, discounts and more\n\n \n This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience looking to take that next step - gaining real ownership of SHE and sustainability responsibilities across a variety of exciting, forward-thinking projects.
