We're looking for an experienced General Manager to run the place. What you'll be doing: Keeping things running smoothly day-to-day. Working with our food partner to make sure the food is top-notch. Keeping the place clean, safe, and maintaining all health + safety regulations. Hiring, training, and managing staff. Creating staff schedules. Keeping track of stock, ordering supplies, and negotiating with suppliers. Managing budgets and reporting on how things are going. Building relationships with customers and the community. Making sure customers have a great experience. Contributing to socials Who you are: You have experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a pub, bar, or hospitality venue. You're a great leader and can manage a team. You're organised and pay attention to detail. You're friendly and community-focused. You're a problem-solver and can handle a fast-paced environment.
