HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER - NIGHTS People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Stafford, Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress. Shifts: working 5 nights between Monday and Sunday - start times 18:00 - 21:00 Pay rate £18.00 per hour What are the benefits: As a Class 1 Driver you will receive the following benefits: • Excellent Hourly Rates, • Ongoing Work, • Weekly Pay, • Site Canteen, • Training Provided, • Immediate Starts, • Between 1 – 3 drops using pump trucks, • Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations, • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, • Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly, • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations, • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, • Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management, • Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence, • Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving CE vehicles, • No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes, • Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card, • Must be able to speak and read a good level of English, • Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills, • Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations, • Experience driving any commercial vehicles JBRP1_UKTJ
