You’ll lead small site teams, ensure safe and compliant delivery, and get hands-on when required—ideal for someone who thrives in a mix of supervision, technical problem-solving, and site-based work. Key Responsibilities Supervision & Site Leadership Oversee day-to-day electrical works on live water-sector sites. Lead and support electricians, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers. Plan, co-ordinate, and deliver work packs, permits, and site briefings. Ensure safe working practices and compliance with all site rules and standards. Technical Delivery Carry out hands-on electrical installation, testing, fault-finding, and commissioning. Review and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Ensure installations comply with BS7671, WIMES standards, and water-industry requirements. Support MCC, LV distribution, motor, pump, and instrumentation-related tasks.
