Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). The availability windows we would like you to be available to work are shown below. We schedule your contracted hours within these times and you’ll have three weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility when your availability matches closely to our advertised windows.
