Langley House Trust is seeking a committed and creative Care Team Leader to join our supportive team in Coventry . This is a full-time, permanent position offering 37.5 hours per week and a competitive salary of £29,613 per annum . In this leadership role, you'll guide and support a dedicated care team, ensuring high-quality, client-focused care throughout the night. Spend time with clients and monitor service standards., • Conduct regular key working sessions with allocated clients and enable them to participate fully in the life of the service, including clients’ meetings. Helping clients achieve the aims of their support plan., • To maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk through assessment, planning, client knowledge and de-escalation as required, • Helping induct, train, and supervise colleagues and junior members of staff in all aspects of their work in the Home., • Writing, updating, and maintaining clients' Care Plans, • Completion of documentation, referrals and returns where necessary Closing date: 19 th February 2026 We reserve the right to close earlier if we receive sufficient applicants.
