    Location: North West London – Private Hospital Setting Hours: 37.5 hours per week, permanent Reports to: Therapy Lead Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well-established multidisciplinary therapies department within a leading independent hospital. You will provide high-quality assessment and treatment to inpatients and outpatients, including those with complex needs, and contribute to the continued development of therapy services. Key Responsibilities • Manage an independent caseload of inpatients and outpatients, prioritising effectively and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions., • Undertake detailed functional assessments, plan and implement tailored treatment programmes, and support discharge planning within the MDT., • Provide specialist advice to patients, carers, and colleagues., • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives., • Supervise junior staff and support students or assistants as required., • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HCPC standards., • Participate in regular CPD, appraisal, and professional supervision.
