Operations Manager - Basingstoke Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits Our client, a global leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their Basingstoke-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and deliver operational excellence in a dynamic environment. Benefits: Up to £50,000 salary, plus discretionary annual bonus 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with service, and an additional Birthday leave day Pension contribution of 10-15% of salary Medical and dental insurance, life assurance, and EAP support Career development and training opportunities Employee discounts and on-site parkingKey Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage daily operational activities to ensure alignment with company strategy and goals Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Monitor key performance metrics and foster a culture of continuous improvement Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff, setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations Drive workflow efficiency and implement technology solutions Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and support strategic financial decisions Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards Develop and maintain risk management strategies and quality control measures Collaborate with senior leadership and coordinate with other departments Manage relationships with vendors and suppliersKey Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field 3+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role Proven team management and process improvement experience Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Analytical, organised, and results-driven under pressure If you are a strategic leader with a continuous improvement mindset and a track record of operational success, apply now or call (phone number removed) to join our client's growing team!
