As a part of the Software Support Team in the UK, you will be providing 2nd level support to our customers and assisting them with resolving issues that require a solution-orientated approach. For this position, we’re seeking those with experience working in a similar software/IT support role with the ability to support the team with the on-call requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment., • Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers., • Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming .service cases including a description of solutions., • Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)., • International project commissioning and after-go-live support., • Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC).
