Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will take day to day ownership of the despatch function, supervising the picking, packing and outbound team and acting as the first point of escalation for despatch related issues. This is a hands-on role, balancing operational delivery with people supervision, process discipline and continuous improvement. You will help set standards, embed best practice, and ensure our customers receive the level of service they expect from the Caroline Gardner brand. You will be an experienced operative who can work confidently across core warehouse activities and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
