    Pay: £12.71 per hour Job Description: Earl's Court Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time and Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming and forward thinking Practice team on a full-time and part-time basis. Your normal pattern of working will be Monday - Friday, within the hours of 8am-6:30pm. Interested applicants must have primary care and SystmOne experience. Key Responsibilities include: • Greeting and assisting patients at the reception desk, • Managing appointments, cancellations and patients enquiries, • Answering telephone calls and directing queries appropriately, • Processing repeat prescription requests, • Supporting the administrative and clinical team with day-to-day tasks, • Maintaining confidentially and ensuring accurate record- keeping, • Processing ingoing and outgoing patient records This is a patient facing role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, efficient approach to working in a fast paced environment. About us Earls Court Medical Centre is a friendly and supportive GP Practice located in Central/West London, serving a diverse patient population of approximately 6,800 patients. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care and providing an accessible, safe and efficient service to our local community. Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, HCA and social prescribers, all supported by a skilled administrative and care navigation team. We work collaboratively to provide personalised care, support effective long-term condition management and improve access to healthcare through innovative systems and online triage.
