Responsibilities • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence using appropriate phone etiquette, • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office., • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings effectively, • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents, • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other clerical tasks as required, • Maintain a tidy reception area to ensure a welcoming environment, • Proven office experience or clerical experience is preferred, • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, • Good typing speed and data entry skills, • Demonstrated phone etiquette and excellent communication abilities, • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
