The ideal candidate is qualified to at least Level 2 (18th Edition-compliant), has a well-equipped van, and is confident handling a wide range of emergency call-outs independently. If you're a problem-solver who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering fast, safe, and professional service — we’d love to hear from you. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency call-outs: no power, live exposed cables, tripping circuits, faulty sockets/switches, etc. Quickly and safely diagnose and repair faults in domestic and light commercial properties Carry out installations and repairs: consumer unit upgrades, rewiring, RCD/RCBO replacements, socket/switch fittings Use professional tools for fault-finding: multimeter, insulation tester, socket testers, cable tracers Complete and submit EICRs, EICs, and minor works certificates accurately and on time Keep clear, daily job records including materials used and customer sign-offs 📍 Location Based in West London – applicants must be located within a reasonable distance and able to attend emergency jobs across the area. 🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certificate ECS card or equivalent proof of competence Experience in emergency fault-finding and repair (ideally 3+ years) Full UK driving licence Own van equipped with tools, testers, and PPE
