Lead and supervise the staffs. Manage shift schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure team performance aligns with service standards. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service flow, handling complaints, and ensuring prompt and friendly service. Act as the point of escalation for complex customer concerns. Oversee day-to-day floor activities including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, stock display, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Support onboarding of new staff and conduct on-the-job training. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene legislation, and internal policies. Work with the kitchen and barista teams to monitor stock usage, place restocking orders when needed, and ensure availability of essential items. Report to the Management regarding staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Prepare a diverse selection of authentic curry dishes, following traditional recipes and cooking techniques. Consistently produce curries with rich flavors, appealing aromas, and excellent presentation. Oversee kitchen stock levels, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available. Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Guide and train junior chefs in the art of curry preparation and cooking methods. Assist in creating innovative curry recipes and seasonal menu items. Uphold exceptional standards for food quality, flavor, and presentation. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations within the kitchen.

Qualifications Good Life experience, be a people person. Previous experience in house cleaning or a related field such as hotel or commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organisation. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Job Type: Part-time Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
