Your Skills/Experience - 1+ years in end-to-end claims handling within home/property/subsidence or commercial. - Negotiation skills. - Ability to deal with change e.g. using different systems, learning different policies and processes. - Proven customer service skills. - Flexible approach. - High levels of integrity and professional. - Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with colleagues, clients and policyholders.
