The 2026/2027 events season is set to be another significant year of growth with our public events in double-digit growth and multiple new brand partnerships and high-profile clients coming on board. We're looking for an Account Manager to join us at our Brighton HQ. They will be leading the relationships with some of our most prestigious corporate and charity clients and partners including leading on a large event series The Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Client Director and collaborate with operations and marketing teams to bring our client’s objectives to life from scoping all the way through to live event execution. They will be high organised with proven experience of delivering for clients. • Lead relationships with a portfolio of prestigious corporate and charity clients., • Develop and manage project timelines, run weekly meetings, create agendas, and follow up on actions., • Plan and execute the participant journey: registration systems, inbox management, copywriting for comms, event guides., • Support branding: from brief to production through to delivery., • Process and transfer participant data ensuring GDPR compliance., • Shape, present, and manage budgets for activation plans aligned with client objectives., • Create live event documents (master schedules, briefing sheets, etc.)., • Provide on-site event management for client relationships, registration, and info desks., • Co-ordinate debrief meetings and final evaluation reports., • Build strong stakeholder trust to secure renewals and long‑term partnerships., • 4+ years of account management and client relationship management, • Proof of managing multiple stakeholders and leading projects, • Event experience and ability to consult a client through complex projects, • Excellent written and verbal communication, • Budget management and reporting – familiarity with Xero, • Advanced Excel and data handling, • SALARY: £32k - £36k per annum depending on experience, • BONUSES: Potential for performance and company-related bonuses, • HOLIDAY: 28 days (inc bank holidays) plus time off between Christmas & New Year), • PENSION: 5% employer contribution, • LOCATION: Brighton, • REPORTING: To Senior Client Director, • START DATE: September 2026, • Remote working: 3 of the 5 days per week in the Brighton office as a baseline, • Flexible hours: 9-5 pm with flexibility for early or late starts, • Extended breaks: Flexible time during the day to exercise or take time out, • Additional holiday: Option to buy additional holiday at a discounted rate, • Time off in lieu: 1 extra day off for every weekend day worked on event, • Mobile working: Option for 5 days working from abroad location, • 5yr & 10yr long service rewards with additional annual leave and budget for adventure funding, • Vitality Healthcare, which includes:, • Up to 50% off a pair of trainers every year and free annual health checks, • Subsidised gym membership, free coffees and cinema tickets, • £250 challenge fund each year to put towards a challenge of your choosing, • Free entry into Threshold events and discounts for friends and family, • Boot camps, pilates, yoga and energisers led by Thresholdians, • Free fruit, treats and a well‑stocked top shelf bar in the office, • Annual 3-day business planning and celebration trip (fully funded), • Programme of activities throughout the year from pottery to padel, • Welcoming and lively environment in a bright and social office, • Internal training and opportunity for funding for personal development, • Mentoring opportunities both internally and externally, • Match Funding of up to £100 for any charity challenges you take on, • Volunteering days available each year upon request Please note that the benefit package is subject to change.
