Talent Acquisition Specialist | Talent Partner • Initially remote, with travel to our office 1–2 days per week, • Client base across Durham, Teesside & North Yorkshire, • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential, with the ability to travel to client sites as required, • £30,000–£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience), • Quarterly performance bonus Following a number of new client wins, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Partner to join the team at Select Talent Group. What you'll be doing This is a delivery-focused role with plenty of variety. You'll be involved in: • Executive search and permanent recruitment, • Direct sourcing and talent mapping, • Building and managing client and candidate relationships, • Employer branding projects, • Salary benchmarking and market intelligence, • Coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practice, • Supporting our Embedded Talent Solution clients as their dedicated talent partner, • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding No two days are the same. One day you could be recruiting a Production Manager, the next a Sales Director, an Accounts Assistant or an Engineering Director. If you enjoy variety and solving different recruitment challenges, you'll love this role.
