This is a brand new opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the business on a fully remote basis. They are looking for an experienced lawyer who is confident, commercially aware, and highly competent in handling complex residential matters, particularly Building Safety Act (BSA) work. Essential Requirement To be considered for this role, you MUST: * Have strong, recent experience handling Building Safety Act (BSA) matters * Be fully comfortable managing a caseload of BSA sales and purchase files independently This is non-negotiable. The caseload will include a significant volume of BSA-related transactions, and prior hands-on experience in this area is essential.
