This is an opportunity to undertake meaningful legal work, develop your own responsibilities and work closely with experienced solicitors. The successful candidate will support active cases rather than being limited to routine administrative duties. The role Working under appropriate solicitor supervision, you may be responsible for: • Managing routine matters and progressing files, • Taking client instructions and preparing detailed attendance notes, • Drafting correspondence, applications and witness statements, • Preparing court and tribunal bundles, • Conducting legal and procedural research, • Reviewing evidence and identifying missing documents, • Communicating with clients, courts, counsel and public authorities, • Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate case records, • Attending court hearings and conferences where appropriate, • Assisting with billing, file reviews and case closure, • Supporting solicitors across the firm’s practice areas The work may include immigration, housing, family law, civil litigation, landlord and tenant matters and general legal support.
