    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support children, adults, and families who are experiencing social, emotional, or practical difficulties. The role involves assessing needs, providing guidance and support, and working with partner agencies to promote wellbeing and safeguard vulnerable individuals, in line with organizational policies and UK legislation. The post holder will work closely with service users and multidisciplinary teams, contribute to care planning, and maintain accurate records while managing a varied caseload. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Assess the needs and circumstances of individuals and families, • Support the development and review of care and support plans, • Assist with safeguarding activities for children and vulnerable adults, • Work collaboratively with health services, education providers, housing, and community organizations, • Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation, • Participate in meetings, reviews, and multi-agency discussions, • Provide practical advice, guidance, and signposting to appropriate services, • Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users Education / Qualifications • Graduate-level qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) from a recognized UK institution or equivalent Experience • Relevant experience in social care, community support, or related fields is preferred, • Experience working with vulnerable individuals or families is an advantage
