Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on customer service performance, analyzing data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Qualifications: Experience: 2-4+ years in a management or supervisory role in customer service, ideally within a retail or related field. (No prior post office experience is required; full training will be provided.) Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus).
