Restaurant Manager Angelina Shoreditch, London Angelina is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Shoreditch and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Who we are Osteria Angelina is a family-owned restaurant and sister site to Angelina Dalston. An osteria is a casual restaurant rooted in the Italian tradition of generous hospitality and simple, beautiful food and we celebrate Itameshi, Italian food with Japanese ingredients and influences. Our la carte menu changes with the seasons and the day's best ingredients, our kitchen and pasta lab are open for guests to see, and our service is relaxed. We honour craft, not convention: there's no right way to order, no dress code, and guests are welcome to use their hands. We want our team to feel just as at home as our guests do. About the role As Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, hospitality and efficiency across the floor. Working closely with our General Manager and Head Chef, you'll bring front and back of house together to create a seamless, memorable guest experience, while leading, developing and motivating a high-performing team. What you'll be doing Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth, consistent and high-quality service Leading, training and mentoring the front-of-house team, building a culture of professionalism and hospitality Creating staff schedules that balance strong coverage with cost control Maintaining a visible, engaged presence in the restaurant and championing service standards Upholding health, safety and hygiene standards, protecting our five-star rating Managing budgets, food and labour costs, supplier relationships and stock control Collaborating with the General Manager and Head Chef to align operations with our culinary vision Supporting marketing and promotional activity to drive engagement and revenue What we're looking for Proven experience managing a restaurant floor, ideally in a fast-paced, quality-led environment A natural leader who can train, motivate and get the best from a team Strong commercial awareness, with a good handle on budgets, costs and margins A hands-on approach to hygiene, safety and compliance Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality The details Salary: £44,000 £48,000, depending on experience Location: Shoreditch, London Hours: 48 hours per week, worked flexibly across Monday to Sunday If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
