Engineering Supervisor • Location: Huntingdon, • Salary: Competitive + Bonus Day-to-day of the role: • Oversee and manage a team of six engineers, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the site., • Manage manufacturing and facilities across the site, ensuring all systems are operating optimally., • Lead various projects, from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget., • Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and maintenance., • Implement and oversee sustainability initiatives to improve environmental impact., • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations., • Regularly assess and upgrade building infrastructure as needed., • Proven experience managing a team of engineers., • Strong background in manufacturing & engineering management., • Demonstrated project management skills in an engineering environment., • Relevant engineering qualifications., • Proficient in managing budgets and financial planning., • Competitive pension scheme (4-6% contribution), • Competitive Bonus scheme, • 25 days annual leave, • Private medical insurance, • Life assurance (4x basic salary)
