F&B Supervisor - Boutique Hotel Company - Up To £31,000 + Benefits- Farnham Areas IMMEDIATE START Our client is looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor who can support the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets. This role ensures excellent guest service, effective team supervision, and high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation at all times. Key Responsibilities Operational Duties Supervise daily food and beverage service across restaurant, bar, lounge, events, and breakfast operations Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Support the opening and closing of outlets, including cash handling and end-of-shift checks Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and support the food and beverage team during shifts Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring Ensure staffing levels are appropriate for business needs Act as a role model for service standards, professionalism, and teamwork Standards, Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented working environment Monitor service quality and implement improvements where needed Financial & Commercial Awareness Support the achievement of departmental targets and budgets Upsell food and beverage offerings where appropriate Minimise waste and control costs effectively Skills & Experience Essential Previous experience in a food and beverage role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment Experience supervising or leading a team Strong customer service and communication skills Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Desirable Experience working in a hotel environment at Supervisor level Relevant food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above) Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling Experience with events, banqueting, or conference service What We Offer Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Opportunities for career progression within the hotel group Staff discounts on food, beverage, and accommodation Training and development opportunities A supportive and friendly working environment TPBN1_UKCT
