You’ll lead restaurant floor operations, solve issues in real time, and ensure that Honest Greens standards are met at all times. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and supervise the front-of-house team during shifts., • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction., • Handle incidents and resolve problems quickly and effectively., • Organize and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth service flow., • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and hospitality standards., • Support the training and onboarding of new team members., • Collaborate with the kitchen and barista teams to optimize coordination and service timing., • Participate in opening or closing the restaurant, depending on the shift. What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in supervisory or team leadership roles., • Schedule flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays)., • Proven experience supervising front-of-house teams during full shifts, ensuring service quality., • Ability to resolve issues in real time and maintain service flow.
