Head Chef – Boutique Hotel with Restaurant (Near Bournemouth) Location: Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, near Bournemouth, Dorset Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 5 days out of 7 (flexible rota, split service) About Us We are a stylish, small boutique hotel located just outside Bournemouth, renowned for warm hospitality, quality accommodation and an elegant restaurant serving seasonal, locally sourced dishes. With a focus on creativity, quality and guest experience, we are looking for a driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen to the next level. The Role As Head Chef you will: • Lead all kitchen operations for both our restaurant and hotel dining service, • Create and develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect local produce, • Oversee food preparation, presentation standards and service quality, • Manage, train and inspire a small kitchen team, • Control food costings, stock ordering and supplier relationships We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience as a Head Chef in a fresh-food led restaurant or hotel environment, • Is creative, organised and passionate about food quality, • Has strong leadership and team management skills, • Competitive salary with performance bonus potential, • Opportunity to shape menus and kitchen culture
