The Person • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Health & Safety Manager, Site H&S Lead or equivalent role within a manufacturing environment., • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation., • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification is desirable., • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills., • Experience leading accident and incident investigations, audits, risk assessments, COSHH controls and corrective action plans., • Ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis., • Strong management skills with the ability to influence others.
